A total of 550 national standards have come into force since July 1. Key national standards cover the fields of the safety and security integration of smart factories, the safety of construction machinery and equipment, road traffic management, filling fiber products, intelligent textile products, the optical radiation safety of consumer laser pointers, greenhouse gas emissions from industrial enterprises, green product evaluation for water purifiers and pallets, hearing aids safety, and lightning disaster prevention. They will provide support for leading industrial transformation and upgrading, safeguarding production and public safety, protecting consumer rights and interests, and facilitating the green and high-quality development of the national economy.
Among them, a series of national standards for the safety and security integration of smart factories will offer technical foundation and practical guidance to relevant parties including designers, constructors, operators and safety supervision authorities of smart factories, supporting the safe and stable operation of smart factories.
GB/T 46933.1-2025, Safety and security integration of smart factory—Part 1: General requirements, specifies requirements for all stages of the safety and security of smart factories, including objects, lifecycle management, definition and objective setting, risk assessment, requirement allocation and design, verification, operation and maintenance, modification and change, decommissioning and retirement.
GB/T 46933.2-2025, Safety and security integration of smart factory—Part 2: Risk assessment requirements, stipulates general requirements, preparatory activities, procedures, and documentation rules for the risk assessment of safety and security integration of smart factories.
GB/T 46933.3-2025, Safety and security integration of smart factory—Part 3: System collaborative design requirements, defines the architecture, objectives, principles, and specific requirements for the system collaborative design of safety and security integration of smart factories.
GB/T 46933.4-2025, Safety and security integration of smart factory—Part 4: System evaluation requirements, specifies general rules, implementation specifications, and reporting requirements for the system evaluation of the safety and security integration of smart factories.
